NRC-08-92-372 Modification No.16 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this mdification is to 1) extend'the period of performance of this agreement to September 30, 1998 and 2) to add foreign document translation to the services which can be ordered. Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:

1.

Article 1 - Scope of Work - is revised to add the following language -

" Subject to the funding and cost ceilings of this interagency agreement, the Department of State will provide written foreign document translations when ordered by the NRC Project Officer.

The NRC will pay the standard DOS translation rates and expenses for this service.

Delivery times and locations will be mutually agreed on between DOS and the NRC Project Officer in each order. This foreign document translation service may only be utilized by the NRC for Lisbon Initiative requirements or for requirements which the NRC translations commercial contractor cannot meet (i.e, emergency or urgent circumstances beyond the contractor's capability / capacity, sepcial security requirements, foreign language not covered by commercial translation contract)."

2. Article 11 - Period of Performance, the first sentence is revised to read:

s "The period o+ performance of this agreement shall be from March 1,1990 through Septemoer 30, 1998."

3. - A sumary of the obligations on this Interagency Agreement from the award date thrnugh the date of tM s action is given below:

Total FY 90 nbligation amount: $103.000.00 Total FY 91 obligation amount: $112,000.00 Total FY 92 obligation amount: $131.000.00 Total FY 93 obligation amount: $279.927.00 Total FY 94 obligation-amount: $200,000.00 Total FY 95 obligation amount: $200,000.'O Total FY 96 obligation amount: $200,000.00 Total FY 97 obligation amount: i 75,000.00 Cumulative total of NRC obligations: $1.300.927.00
