Dear Mr. Campbell:
- On December 5,1997, we sent you Quality Assurance Program (QAP) Approval for Radioactive Material Packages No. 0231, Revision No. 7. However, Block No.1 Revision Number, contained a typographical error. The revision should have been Revision 8, not Revision 7.
Enciosed is QAP Approval for Radioactive Material Packages No. 0231, Revision No. 8, as i
arnended. This Approval satisfies the requirements of 10 CFR G 71.12(b) for a QAP approved by the Commission.
Pleste note the conditions in the Approval.
This Approval will remain in effect until the expiration date, indicated in Block No. 3.
