Thank you for your letter dated January 10, 1986, signed by Mr. John Vaden, in response to our 1985 review of your Agreement State Radiation Control Program. We have evaluated your response and believe your proposed changes, when carried out, will enable the program to continue to satisfy the
" Guidelines for NRC Review of Agreement State Radiation Control Programs."
With regard to your specific plans, projected milestones and completion dates for improvements in your radiation control program, we plan to be in contact with Mr. Vaden within six months to check on the status of your proposed changes.
