This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act, as amended, for the following information:

(1) All internal NRC documents relating to IE Information Notice No. 86-0s, (2) all internal NRC documents related to the operability of main steam safety' valves (MSSV), their safety, tested failures, ring setting adjustments; (3) all internal NRC documents concerning actions toward determining additional requirements for MSSV operability; (4) all internal NRC documents concerning actions toward designation issue; of MSSV failure a high priority safety (s) correspondence between the NRC and MSSV manufacturers concerning MSSV safety, maintenence instructions, and reliability.
