REVIEW AND C MMENT ON DRAFT MANAGEMENT DIRECTIVE 5.3,"NRC AND AGREEMENT STATE WORKING GROUPS" Attached is a memorandum from Richard L.Bangart, Director, Office of State Programs, requesting review and comi. ent ori draft Management Directive 5.3,"NRC and Agreement State Working Groups."
