DIABLO CANYON ALLEGATION REVIEW Board An Allegation Review Board, comprised of the below listed individuals, was convened on January 7, 1986, to examine and disposition the below listed items as follows:
ATS RV-85-A-999, Allegation Nos. 1678, 1679, 1680, 1681, 1682, 1683, 1708 1709, 1710 and 1711 These allegations had been assigned to OI but were returned by OI to the Region on July 12, 1985, indicating a need for Region V input, the Allegation Review Board has reviewed relevant documentation and evaluated the PG6E responses to the allegations provided in DCL-85-212, dated June 15, 1985, and concludes that the potential technical issues have been adequately addressed and that the element of intentional violation or careless disregard of regulatory requirements, industry standards or contract requirements is not evident. Therefore, the Board has determined that these allegations require no further staff action and accordingly are CLOSED.
