Subject:
Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 7 under Contract No. NRC-02-95-002 Pending completion of all required closecut requirements for the subject contract, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under this task order for other immediate agency requirements.
The purpose of this modification is to deobligate excess funds from the subject task order. The obligated amount associated with performance of Task Order No. 7 is hereby decreased by $25,045.41 from $50,000 to $24,954.59. The total reimbursable costs in the amount of $89,936.00 are hereby decreased by $67,041.87 to $22,894.13.
1 The fee in the amount of $8,094.00 is hereby decreased by $6,033.54 to $2,060.46 reflecting the amount of fee already paid.
