The Commissien was briefed by the licensee, the contractors for the independent corrective action venfication programa, (ICAVP) for units 2 and 3, the independent contractor performing third party oversight of the employee concerns program, and the NRC staff on the progress in assessing reauiness for restart of the nuclear power reactors at the Millstone site.
The Commission agreed with the staff's recommendation to submit monthly repcrts to keep the Commission appraised of the licensee's progress in preparing to restart the Millstone units.
The next Commission briefing should be planned for the mid-February time frame.
