Nuclear hlaterials and Equipment Corporation (NUhtEC), and its Subsidiary, Nuclear Decontamination Corporation (NDC), submitted j
a claim for refund of license fees paid in 1972, 1973 and 1974. Attached is a copy of our claim dated Decembe r 30, 1974 We have not yet received acknowledgement of receipt of this claim and are concerned that recent changes in our corporate status may be responsible. On Decembe r 31, 1974, corporate action resulted in the merger of NUhtEC and NDC to form the Nuclear hiatorials Division of Babcock t, Wilcox Company. All licenses held in the name of NUhtEC and NDC were transferred to the llabcock & Wilcox Company through action by the Directorate of Licensing.
We hope that this explanation will resolve any questions you may have regarding this matte r, and we will appreciate hearing f rom you with respect to the present status of our claim.
