WASHINGTON PUBLIC POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM (WPPSS) UNITS NIRfBER 1 F, 4 POST-CP DESIGN MODIFICATIONS (TAR 3916)
The Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Systems Branch, Section B, has reviewed the subject TAR and our comments are as follows:

The information submitted by the applicant (Attachment D) is not sufficient to determine if the proposed design changes involving a change from four to five channels in the wiring and cabling system is in accor-dance with existing regulatory requirements. The applicant was informed of this during a telecon on July 27, 1976, and was requested to sub-mit a complete listing describing all the loads to be served by the newly proposed channel X circuits.
On receipt of the above stated information from the applicant a revised target date for completion of this TAR should be established.
