The scope of the F0IA includes all documents relating to the design, construction, and/or operation of the Dry Conversion Process and the FMOX Warehouse expansion located at the General Electric Nuclear Energy Production (GE) Facility in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Enclosed are two printouts from the NUDOCS system. One printout lists all documents from 1994 to the present that pertain to GE and are located in the Central Files (CF), and the other lists all documents for the same time period located in the Public Document Room (PDR). The earliest document in the NRC files trat is within the scope of the FOIA is dated June 9,1994. which notifies the NRC of construction of the buildings. Documents in the PDR within the scope of the FOIA a ? highlighted in yellow on the printout and are listed in Enclosure 3. The Licensing Branch did not find any documents pertinent to this request in the Central Files that were not already in the PDR. In addition to reviewing documents held in the PDR cnd CF, all documents pertaining to GE held by Fuel Cycle Licensing Staff were also reviewed. No documents were identified within the time frame of the F0IA that are not also in the PDR.

The scope of the FOIA includes all documents relating to the design, construction, and/or operation of the Dry Conversion Process and the FMOX Warehouse expansion located at the General Electric Nuclear Energy Production (GE) Facility in Wilmington, North Carolina.
