I previously reported to you the results of our review of the subject document in my memo to you dated July 30,1976. At that time the Electrical, Instrtsnentation and Control Systems Branch had not completed its review. This review has been accomplished and the following coments and request for additional information are made:
The information submitted by the applicant (Attachment D) is not sufficient to determine if the proposed design changes involving a change from four to five channels in the wiring and cabling system is in accordance with l
existing regulatory requirements. The applicant was informed of this l
during a telecon on July 27,1976, and was requested to submit a complete listing describing all the loads to be served by the newly proposed l
channel X circuits.
On receipt of the above stated information from the applicant a revised l
target date for completion of this TAR should be established, i
