_ g 13.2 TRAINING PROGRAM _

The overa11' conduct and administration of the plant ,

training prograr is the responsibility of the Plant Superintendent. The Plant Training Coordicator may be delegated the responsibility of development and implementation of the program.

The applicant states that a training program will be established to provide plant personnel.withoufficient knowledge and operating experience to start up, operate, and maintain the plant in a safe and efficient manner.

The training program is to be developed by WPPSS with principle assistance from the Combustion Engineering Company.

Training for the personnel to be licensed .will include; Basic Nucicar Training; Research Reactor Training and t

Operation; Observation at an operating PWR; a Plant -

System lecture series; Simulator Training and practical

  • All safety related operations will be performed using
