Enviromental Inpact Cbnsequently, we do not require applicants of Postulated Accidents to analyze Class 9 accidents in their Section applications. hMH-1400 is considered a draf t hast and is still under review by the staff and other organizations.

None of-the results of the evaluations described in WASH-1400 are being used in licensing decisions.
