Dear Mr. Taylor:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Ms. April Rice of your staff and Mr. Robert C. Haag of this office on December 18. 1997, concerning a meeting which has been scheduled for January 14. 1998, from 10.00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the results of your recent refueling outage and operations improvement initiatives at the V. C.
Summer Plant.
The location of the meeting will be at 61 Forsyth Street. SW.
Atlanta GA 30303. Room 24T20 on the 24th floor.
This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final Policy Statcment" (September 20. 1994: 59 FR 48340).
