! WNP-1,4 - REVIEW OF APPLICANTS RESPONSES TO EICS THIRD ROUND QUESTIONS AND POSITIONS

As of 2/19/75, the applicant has documented amendments 14 and 15, including PSAR material responding to approximately 30 EICS questions and positions transmitted in telephone conferences on 1/14 and 1/22.

Please review this new material to determine

1. which outstanding items and information requdses presented in your SER input of 1/23/75 are now adequately resolved, and

2. for those items and requests not considered resolved by the new submittal, what additional information is necessary to satisfy staff requirements.

In order to minimize schedule delays and facilitate SER preparation for publication with as few "open items" as possible, your evaluation is requested in typed draf t form by 2/28/75, and completed form by 3/4/75.
