DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST:
Review post-CP responses to outstanding safety review items 5, 6 and 7 in a letter from WPPSS l
(Enclosure 1) dated 4/2/76. A letter from B&W (Enclosure 2) dated 1/23/76 provides information referenced in item 5 of the WPPSS letter. The purpose of this review is to develop coments and/or requests for information which will be transmitted to WPPSS. WPPSS will then prepare a PSAR Amendment providing a comprehensive response to each out-standing issue, and to each specific request for infonnation produced as a result of the review effort under this TAR.
