EP RESPONSIVENESS TO OGC COMMENTS I am attaching two notes to EP frca 0GC. The purpose of'the notes. is to repeat and to reemphasize the need.to take certain remedial actions in connection with the Clinton and WPPSS en-vironmental impact reviews. An explanation of the situation in Clinton may exist.
However, I am concerned that apparently a lack of comrunication exists between cur offices.
I find it more difficult to understand the lack of responsiveness in the WPPSS case. As Bill Paton's note indicates, a month has been lost with no apparent improvement in the work prgduct.
I would appreciate your views on the matter.
