SUMMARY
OF RADIOLOGICAL SAFETY HEARING FOR THE WNP-1,4 FACILITY The hearing was held on November 11, 12, and 13, 1975 in Richland, Washington. The hearing was closed about 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 13, 1975 after the post-hearing schedulo for submittal of proposed findings and conclusions was discussed. The hearing did cover, as planned by the parties, all safety matters for both units 1 and 4 excepting the Applicant's financial qualifications to construct the -4 unit. An ASLB decision on CP issuance should be forthcoming prior to December 25, 1975. Staff proposed findings and conclusions, including a proposed CP, will be submitted to the Board on December 8, 1975.
