The Washington Public Power Supply System, pursuant to Section 103 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, filed an amended application,
_which was docketed on August 5,1974 for authorization to relocate "/PPSS Nuclear Project No. I and to construct and operate a second pressurized water nuclear reactor designated as the WPPSS Nuclear Project No. 4 on the applicant's site in Benton County, Washington. Each reactor is designed for an initial output of 3600 megawatts thermal, with an equiv-alent. net electrical output of approximately 1206 megawatts per uni:.
