i This letter confirms the dates of August 18 through 21,1997, for an NRC inspection of the NUS Instruments business unit of Scientech, Inc. (NUS). These dates were established in a telephone call between you and Mr. Bill Rogers of the NRC on August 4,1997.
l The inspection team will assess selected portions of the NUS quality assurance program and its implementation as related to suppling products and services to NRC licensees or other customers in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50 Appendix B. In addition, the inspection team will also assess the NUS 10 CFR Part 21 reporting program and its implementation.
