SOURCE PRODUCTION AND EQUIPMENT CO., INC., REPLY TO NOTICE OF NONCONFORMANCE, NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 71-0102/97-211 This is to acknowledge receipt of your reply, dated October 28,1997, to the Notice of Nonconformance.- The corrective actions which have been, or will be, taken appear to be acceptable and no additional information is required. The corrective actions taken and the implementation of your quality assurance program will be reviewed in future inspections.

' This is to also acknowledge receipt of your QA plan, dated November 25,1997, in which you provide your plan for implementing your revised QA procedures. The NRC staff is reviewing this plan and will respond to you in separate correspondence. As stated in the Confirmatory Action Letter Update, the revised,OA program implementing procedures must be fully s

implemented before the resumption of full fabrication can be authorized.
