To assist you in your expedited environmental review for llanford-2 I am pleased to serd you copies of recent letters from Governor Evans (DR-4573) and from J. J. Stein of WPPSS (DR-4591).
Enclosed with Mr. Stein's letter is a copy of the Detailed Statement on the Environmental Considera-tions for llanford-2 prepared by the Washington State Thermal Power Plant Site Evaluation Council and a copy of the site certification agreement between the State of Washington and WPPSS. We have only this one copy of these latter two documents and at such time that i
