Modification No. 3 to Task Order No. 5 under Contract No. NRC-07-95-002 The purpose of this modification is to' provide incremental funding in the amount of $15,000. Accordingly, the obligated amount of this task order is increased by $15,000, from $41.773 to $56.773, of which 552.205 represents the reimbursable costs and $4.568 represents the fixed fee.
