EPA had only general comments which do not require a response.

2. Interior No Interior comments have been received to date.
3. Commerce We suggest the following response be included in Section XII:

"A comment was made that additional information be provided on the meteorological assumptions used in the evaluation of accident consequences. The meteorological conditions assumed in the analysis approximate the dispersion conditions which would prevail at least 507. of the time."

The comment on flooding should be addressed to the Site Analysis Branch for response.
