LEVEL "D" SCHEDULE FOR WPPSS-2 The level "D" schedule for the environmental portion of our review of the onerating license permit application for the WPPSS-2 plant is enclosed for your review and approval.
On February 17, 1977, we found the Environmental Report acceptable for docketing. The Applicant submitted the requisite number of copies of the environmental report on April 20, 1976.
The proposed environmental schedule calls for the issuance of e DES on November 11, 1977 and an FES on July 3, 1978. The prosnective decision date is January 1979.
The Applicant anticipates loading fuel in March 1980. Commercial operation of the facility is orojected for September 1980.
