INSPECTION REPORT NO. 70-7002/98-208
Dear Mr. Miller:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) conducted a routine, announced inspection of your facility's criticality safety program from November 30 to December 4,1998. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of your staffidentified in the report.
Although several weaknesses were identified, an overall improvement was noted in your criticality safety program.
In accordance with the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room. Should you have any questions conceming this report, please contact me at (301) 415-7156.
