As indicated in our draft Safety Evaluation Report froia the Contairunent Systems Branch issued to you on Ilovember 26, 1974, the applicant had not

provided sufficient information related to his analyses of containraent pressura response and subcompartment pressure response. Since that ti:se the Project Manager has provided informal information fresa the applicant on these matters.

Our review of the containment pressure response analysis indicates that the applicant has analyzed tha taass and energy releaso rates to the containnient during a loss-of-coolant accident using a DAU method which is currently under review as part of D-S/Jt-241. The schedule for the review of B-SAR-241 is as follows:

Greenwood 2 & 3.
