Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), PPAL had determined that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and may, therefore, be made without prior Commission approval.
This change provides a more detailed description of the security UPS system and reflects changes within the management structure at PP&L.
