This TSB checklist is used in review of plant-s)ecific Technical Specifications submitted for conversion to the Standard Tec1nical Specifications (STS) and should be placed in the Public Document-Room (PDR) for reference.

After reading a sampling of the less restrictive DOCS, does it appear that the licensee has identified all of the major beyond scope changes in the submittal cover letter?
