6-6 NRC-10-87-435 Modification No. 13 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) extend the period of perfortnance through 8/27/98 for an amount of $1.684.32: (2) revise the Statement of Work to incorporate an option year in the amount of $1.739.08, specify supply requirements identify Government furnished property, and revise the reporting requirements, as attached: (3) provide funding in the amount of $1.684.32.
which increases the cooperative agreement ceiling and total obligated amounts from $21.339.55 to $23.023.87: and (4) to correct the previously obligated total in Item No.15. (Funding Sources) to $21.339.95.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made to the " Notice of Cooperative Agreement":
