TEXAS ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT AND LICENSE CONDITION RELATED TO EVERET EXPLORATION, INC. HT. LUCAS. LICENSE NO. 8-3068 Attached ir, a copy of a license we received from Texas on above subject.
Please note license condition relating to disposal of waste by using irrigation. We recomend this license be reviewed during the next scheduled program review. As this action appears to incorporate a unique procedure, waste disposal of contaminated water by irrigation methods, we suggest you seek coments from URFO. You will have to obtain a copy of the EIS describing this procedure from Texas.
