76 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Certificate of Compliance GDP-1 is j
i hereby amended to delete Technical Safety Requirements 2.3.2.1 and 2.3.3.1 on the

Normetex Pump High Discharge Pressure System and to revise the related sections of the Safety Analysis Report. Accordingly, Conditions 8 and 9 have been revised to include the date of September 11,1998. This amendment becomes effective 5 days from the date of issuance.
l All other conditions of this certificate shall remain the same.
l Enclesed is a copy of the revised Certificate of Compliance, i
Issuance of this amendment terminates the Notices of Enforcement Discretion (NOED GDP98-1 and NOED GDP98-2) that were issued to you on September 1,1998, and October 20,1998, respectively.
