Contract No. NRC-02-78-035 Modification No. 8 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to deobligate all exceso funds under this contract. The contractor has completed all requirements requested by the Government at a total cost of $195,216.91.
The Government has paid the contractor $195,216.91 for all services rendered.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made.
Under Article II - Consideration the total cost and obligation for the performance of this contract are decreased by $719.02 from
$195,935.93 to $195,216.93.
Therefore Article II Paragraph A-le deleted in its entirety and the following substituted in lieu thereof:
Article II - Consideratica A.
Estimated Cost. Fixed Fee-The total amount of the contract of $195,935.93 is reduced by $719.02 to 195,216.91.
4 The total amount of funds obligated under the contract are reduced from $195.935.93 by $719.02 to $195,216.91.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
A summary of the obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
