SERVED NOV 121985 ORDER (Granting Staff's Motion of October 22,1985)
On October 22, 1985, the NRC Staff issued a Notice of Issuance of Amendment of Order and Motion to Conform Proposed Technical Specifications In Accordance Therewith.
Absent objections, the Board grants the motion which requests that the proposed Technical Qualifications be modified to conform to the attached October 18, 1985 " Amendment of Order".
Simultaneously, on October 22, the parties filed a " Joint Stipulation Regarding Settlement of ECNP Proposed Contentions", a
" Joint Motion to Approve Stipulation", and a proposed " Order Granting Joint Motion to Approve Stipulation".
In its Motion of October 22, the Staff requested that, before the Board ruled on the Joint Motion, the Board should first rule on the Motion to Conform.

In its Response of October 30, 1985, the Licensee concurred in the Staff's request. The Board will issue a separate Order ruling upon the Joint Motion to Approve Stipulation.
