Strike:
The purpose of this modificatioa is to extend the period of performance of the subject task order from " December 31, 1997" to " June 30,1993", at no additional cos; or obligation to th* Government and (2) estaolish the date of June 2, 1998 for the submittal of the draft SER.
The extension is necessitated due to the-NRC licensee repeatedly requesting additional time to respond to requests for additional information (RAls),
thereby delaying the contractor from evaluating the RAIs and writing the SER.
In accordance with Section G.4(c) of the subject' contract entitled " Task Order Award." this letter definitizes Modification No. 4 to the subject task order.
The -issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms and conditions of the subject task order, including the ceiling amount of
-$151.625, A summary of obligations for the subject *:ask order, from award date through the date of this action is given below.
