MODIFICATION NO.' 2 TO TASK ORDER NO. 11 FNTITLED " TECHNICAL-ASSISTANCE IN THE REVIEW 0F VSC-24 CASK. REVISION l' UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-02-95-003
Dear Ms. Strike:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of the subject task order from " December 31. 1997"'to " June 30. 1998" at no additional cost or obligation to the Government.
The extension is necessary due to NRC's licensee delayed in providing a response to the request for inforir.dtion regarding the draft SER, thereby not allowing the contractor adequate time to receive NRC's comments on the draft SER. revise tho' draft SER. and submit the final SER by the expiration date of the task order, December 31, 1997.
In accordance with Section G.4(c) of the subject contract entitled " Task Order Awardi " this letter definitizes Modification No. 2 to the subject task order.
The issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms and conditions of the subject task order, including the ceiling amount of $79.079.
A summary of obligations for the subject task order, from award date through the date of this-action is given below.

$79.079 This modification does not obligate any FY98 funds.
