PLANNING NEW ENGLAND COALITION ON NUCLEAR POLLUTION'S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE ANSWERS'TO INTERROGATORIES OUT OF TIME The New Enyland Coalition on Nuclear Pollution moves for leave to file the attached response to Applicants' Interrogatories and Request for the Production of Documents six days out of time.
NECNP.previously requested a two-week extension of time in r motion that was denied on May 13, 1986.
NECNP subs 6quently filed a motion for reconsideration, which is still pending.
As discussed in tnose motions, NECNP was unable to complete its answers to the substantial volume of interrogatories f rom Applicants and the State of New Hamp shir e within the, two week period permitted by the Board's schedule in this case.
NECNP timely filed its answers to the State's j
int'errogatories, and attempted to complete its answers to Applicants' interrogatories-as rapidly as possible.
The Coalition 'han now complete'd those answers and respectfully
~
re' quests leave to file them out of time.,
Respectfully submitted, Diane Curran HARMON & WEISS 2001 S Street, N.W.,
