Task Order No. 5, Modification No. 6 Entitled " Hydrogen Combustion" Under Contract No. NRC-04-92-040
Dear Dr. Khatib-Rahbar:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance at no additional cost through August 30,1998. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
The period of performance of the subject taak order is hereby modified as follows:
" Task Order No. 5 shall be in effect from August 13,1993 through August 30,1998, with a total cost ceiling of $20,490.00."
A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this modification is given below:
Total FY93 Obliga'.lon Amount: $26,490.00 Cumulative Total ci NRC Obligations: 526,490.00 This modification does not obligate funds.
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain the same.
Please indicate your acceptance of this task order modification by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Specialist. You should retain the third copy for your records.
