Dear Dr. Khatib-Rahbar:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance at no additional cost through Aug'ast 30,1998. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
The period of performance of the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
" Task Order No. 6 shall be in effect from September 24,1993 through August 30,1998, with a total cost ceiling of $327,171.18."
A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this modification is given below:
Total FY93 Obligation Amount $203,786.00 Total FY95 Obligation Amount $123,000.00 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations:$326,786.00 This modification does not obligate funds.
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain the same.
Please indicate your acceptance of this task order modification by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space provided and retum two copies to the Contract Specialist. You should retain the third copy for your records.
