NRC-04-98-041 Modification No.1 Page 2 of 2 Modification No.1 is issued to provide incremental funding in the amount of
$400.000. The contract is therefore modified as follows:
Under Section B.3. Consideration and Obligation--Cost Reimbursement (Jun 1988)
Alternate I (Jun 1988), the obligated amount is increased by $400,000, from
$500,000 to $900,000.
Therefore, paragraphs b and c. are deleted in their entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
'(b) The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $900,000.
(c) It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover performance through 11/02/98.'
A summary of obligations for this contract, from the date of award through the cate of this action, is given below:
Total FY98 Obligations:
$900.000 Total NRC Obligations:
$900.000 This modification obligates FY98 funds in the amount of $400.000.
All other terms and conditions, including the ceiling of $2.707.558. remain unchanged.
