Dear Mr. MacDonald:
Section 5.(a)(3) of Certificate of Compliance No. 5971 requires that Item 14 on Drawing 129D4757, Rev. O for the Model IP0-200 shipping container have the dimensions of 47.5" x 4" x 1" although the dimensions actually shown on the Drawing are 47.5" x 3" x 1".
The latter dimensions are the correct ones. The problem arose because of an error in the application for renewal (Ref. 2). Accordingly, a corrected page for the application is enclosed.
General Electric requests the certificate be modified to remove the dimension statement from Section 5.(a)(3). An application fee check For
$150.00 is enclosed.
