Thank you for your letter dated May 8,1992, in response to our March 19, 1992 letter concerning information pertaining to employees being required to work excess overtime at the Zion Station (AMS No. RIII-92-A-007).
In our letter, we reque.;ted that you fully analyze the information and take all actions that ycu deem appropriate to resolve this issue and submit the results of your investigation to the NRC.
Your response-indicated that the information was partially substantiated. We found your investigation to be sufficient to support your conclusions and actions and have no additional questions regarding this matter. We request that you retain the supporting documentation for your investigation for a minimum of one year from the date of this letter, in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
