Pursuant to the requirements of 10CFR71.12. Detroit Edison as holder of License No. NPF-43, wishes to register as a user of the following radioactive material shipping casks:
Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc.
CNS 7-100 NUS Process Services, Inc.
NUPAC 7-100 Westinghouse Hittman Nuclear, Inc. HN-600 Package identification number for this cask is USA /9080/A, NRC Docket No. 71-9080.
As required by 10CFR71.12(c), Detroit Edison has a copy of the relevant package approval; has a copy of the drawings and documents referenced in the approval relating to the use and maintenance of the packaging and to the actions to be taken prior to shipment; and complies with the terms and conditions of the approval and with those of 10CFR71, subparts A, G, and H.
It is requested that all future letters, SARs, drawings, etc. for the above mentioned radioactive material shipping casks be forwarded to me with a copy to:
