these findings on observation of activities, interviews and document reviews, and discussed them

with hir. K. P. Powers of your staff. The inspectors noted that your oversight of activities

during the period continued to be very good. Reactor operator's and shift supervision handled

the April 7 shutdown of Unit 2 in an excellent manner.
