Upon consideration of the December 21, 1998 notice of intervenors Castle Rock Land and Livestock, L.C., and Skull Valley Company, Ltd., (Castle Rock / Skull Valley) voluntarily withdrawing with prejudice their request for hearing / petition for leave to intervene and contentions, which withdrawal they request that the Board accept and approve, it is I ORDERED, that any party responses to the Castle Rock / Skull Valley December 21, 1998 notice shall be filed on or before Tuesday, Januarv 5, 1999. Responses, which should be no more than ten pages, should provide the party's views on the impact of the Castle Rock / Skull Valley withdrawal on the litigation of admitted contentions in this proceeding.
