- 9. Task Order No. 215. entitled. " LICENSING COMPUTER CODE CATALOG" under Contract No. NRC-03-95-026 The purpose of this modification is to increase the level of effort in the task order: increase the task order ceiling amount by $40.359.00, from
$763.653.00 to $804.012.00. increase the amount funded in the task order by
$40.359.00, from $763.653.00 to $804.012.00. extend the period of performance from December 31. 1998 through February 28, 1999, and revise the due dates for the final deliverables as specified in the attached S0W. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified:
Second paragraph of the task order, beginning with " Task Order No. 215 is deleted and replaced with the following:
" Task Order No. 215 shall be effective January 21, 1997 through February 28, 1999. The total cost ceiling is $804.012.00, of which the amount of $758.186.00 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount of $45.826.00 represents the fixed fee."
This task order modification obligates additional funds in the amount of
$40.359.00. Accounting data for this Task Order Modification is as follows:
