We recently have completed our NRC staff draft technical position entitled "Information Needs to Demonstrate Compliance with EPA's Proposed Groundwater Protection Standards in 40 CPR Part 192, Subparts A-C." John Arthur of your Albuquerque Operations Office, this technical position should be of use in development of your " Policy Statement on the Technical Approach to the Proposed EPA Groundwater Standards." It is our intent to issue a related document on Alternate Concentration Limit (ACL) Methodology in mid-April.
