Dear Mr. Keppler:
Enclosed are six copies of Revision 8 of the PNPP Security Plan and six copies of Revision 4 of the PNPP Security Force Training and Qualification Plan in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54p.
These changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan. In addition, these changes were discussed with Mr. Dale A. Kers, Region III Plant Protection Analyist. A summary of the changes is also enclosed.
These revisions are in a format designed to keep current the Security Plan and the Training and Qualification Plan. Please insert the Security Plan Revision 8 material dated May 5, 1986 into the PNPP Security Plan as per the attached Revision 8 Instruction Sheet.
Insert the Training and Qualification Plan Reviaion 4 material dated May 5, 1986 into the PNPP Security Force Training and Qualification Plan as per the attached Revision Instruction Sheet.
Please destroy all removed pages.
