Gentlemen:
SUBJECT: HRC INSPECTION REPCRT 50-313/91-19; 50-368/91-19
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. R. C. Stewart of this office
during the period May 20-24, 1991. The inspection included a review of activities
authorized for Arkansas huclear One, Units 1 and 2.
At the conclusion of the
inspection, the findings were discussed with Mr. J. Yelverton and other members
of your staff identified in the enciesed inspection report.
Areas excmined during the inspection included the licensee's handling of
external information and implementation of 10 CFR Part 21 requirements. Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures
and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the
inspector. The inspection findings are documented in the enclosed inspection
report.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were identified.
